Support study to the evaluation of cost allocation to marketable terminal air navigation services

The study has been made to better understand the transition towards market-based provision of Terminal Air Navigation Services (TANS). It is intended to further inform the progression of liberalisation in air navigation services, a step already taken in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Norway and Switzerland.
